THE LAUGHING CAVALIERS

HVS 5a / 28 metres

Film: 37 minutes

One of Shorn Cliff’s most enjoyable routes, summing up the style of “pocket-pulling” on this weathered limestone edge deep in the trees.

Moss covered boulders below the canopy lend a quiet, mystical feel to this lovely crag in the woods.

Whilst the top out takes you above the tree tops, with stunning views across the river to Tintern Abbey on the far bank.
