We are the Climber’s Path (“we”, “us” or “our”) and are responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

2 DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect the following personal data from you when you are using our website.

Your purchases from us.
3 HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND USED?
We collect information from Memberspace (https://www.memberspace.com/), when you create an account with them.
Where you purchase a film you will be directed to a Stripe link by Memberspace to make payment for the purchase. We will not receive any payment details from Stripe.
Once the purchase has been made, you will be re-directed back to our website where you can stream the Online Film and download the Offline Rucksack.
We receive an email from Memberspace once a film has been purchased, informing us of the name and email address of the purchaser.
Where you make a purchase from us, and have specifically opted to received marketing information from us, we will add you to our newsletter and marketing lists (subject to section 5).
4 OUR BASIS FOR USING THE PERSONAL DATA
We will only use your personal data for the purpose of allowing you to purchase and stream the Online Film and download the Offline Rucksack from us, thereby allowing us to perform our contract with you.
We may use your information to send you marketing or newsletters, but always in compliance with section 5.
5 MARKETING
We may send you marketing messages, if you opted in to receive them at the time of purchase. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you, or by contacting us at any time.
We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
6 THIRD PARTIES
We only share your personal data with Memberspace for account creation and management purposes.
We don’t share any personal data with Stripe. They are an independent payment processing firm.
We will only otherwise share or disclose your personal information as required by law.
7 THIRD-PARTY LINKS
This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.
8 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
